Every thrift piece is a single, unique item. Once someone buys it, it's gone — that's why we recommend checking out quickly if you love something.
Are pre-loved items cleaned?
Yes — every item is steam-sanitized before dispatch.
The item I want shows 'In Bag' — what does that mean?
It's already in your cart. Each 1-of-1 piece can only be bought once, so it can't be added again.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day easy return/exchange from the day you receive your order. Contact care@reloved.pk within 7 days of delivery with your order ID.
